Today was my last working day. The last ties have been severed.
Now its only waiting for my mobile phone to get back to me from repair, pay one insurance, and waiting for the day the plane will take us to our destination.
Last days – especially when you are aware they are the last – are strange.
You still do your job and you say goodbye to your colleagues and you have made a cake to celebrate the good times you had together – or was it to sweeten the sadness of goodbye?!
I am blessed. My colleagues have been more than sweet and the day was very busy so it just rushed over… I’m gonna miss them… last ties severed, but …
I am ready to go!
